I never see my own, so I decided to check
[ric at wayward4now ~]# traceroute god
god: Name or service not known
[ric at wayward4now ~]#
See? Evidently I am on the outs with the Creator as I never see my own
posts, you get your's slowly and Lonnie gets his immediately. I guess I
better get to living better and stop making fun of Californians and New
Yorkers.
I must be on the cusp, as a traceroute to satan yields nothing
either.
Now, as a real public service I will post my results of a traceroute to
linux-sxs.org, just to keep it real <sigh>

Looks like .att.net has the highest latency. 18 hops total. What does
yours look like? I'm 12 hops to gmail.com and 30 to yahoo.com
There has been mail-server outages all over the place reported. Maybe
that's the case. Or, your personal relationship to the Creator, take
your pick! I had previously thought I was all of that and a bag of
chips, but I guess not. From now on, I'm taking my problems to Lonni.
