Wifi includes many different wireless standards : 802.11b, 802.11g,
802.11a, 802.11n ... b,g and n has the main frequency at 2.4Ghz, and a
at 5 Ghz. The power is 100mW at maximum, IIRC. The wifi devices work not
at only one frequency but many different frequencies ( called channels )
around the main frequency.
For the microwave, they work at 2.4Ghz also. I am not sure about the
power in microwave case, but I guess it should be much more than
100mW :)
