You understand how bittorrent works, right?  I guess not, or you wouldn't 
be blaming suse for poor seeding of their torrents.

Now, if you wanted to make the same complaint about the ISOs that they & 
their mirrors host, that would be valid, as they seem to be rather 
bandwidth contrained (not to mention many of the mirrors are woefuly out 
of date more often than not).

Its kinda hard to promote a distro when no one can download it.
