For beef I couldn't agree more, although I could not for the life of me
find a good, ie. real locally owned BBQ joint in Plano when I was there
for a week last year, perhaps you locals could recommend as we have a guy
in our office going there in Oct for training.  But for pork, I am
unconvinced.
