Sorry, that was Kuickview... kinda hard to miss, it's under Slideshow
(of all places) and there's a rather largish slide-bar labeled "Delay
between Slides" there, where you adjust the interval between slides. 
Just checked out kview... it sucks. Kuickshow beats that beaner in the
early rounds. Many more setup options that make sense to the intuitive
inquiring intellectual mind.
