My Debian problem

It was the disc.  Install #1.  I e-mailed Cheapbytes and they had
another set in the mail the next day.  I finally had time to install it
this afternoon/evening.  I think who ever commented (using new Debian so
I can't check) about Ubuntu being a "pretty" Debian seems to be so, at
least in the first few minutes.  I screwed up during the install and
marked <yes> when it asked to download.  Shut it down and went through
the second install set and said <no> and away I went!!
