Interesting as the countries largest pork rib only event is going on right
now in DownTown Sparks Nevada.  The Best in the West Rib cookoff.  I've
tried 15 of the 20 oe so entrants so far.  About 2/3's are decent to good
with 4 or 5 rating excellent, in my humble opinion!
