Thanks for the info, but it is much more than I need.  SQL=Ledger looks good, 
but I am not smart enough to set it up properly.  Don't know squat about SQL, 
Apache, etc. which it requires.

I am looking at a online package called Nola Pro at www.nolapro.com.  I used 
to use NetSuite, which is probably the best I have ever seen from a non 
accountant standpoint, but at $1400 a year, a bit much.  Nola Pro is only 
$140 per year, and I can access records as long as I have an internet 
connection.
