Kurt, anyone?

Getting this message when trying to do a write to DVD+RW media ..

These are Memorex DVD +RW 8X DVD's and a ASUS (Panasonic) DVD
burner ....

  163676160/2359728128 ( 6.9%) @2.4x, remaining 13:25 RBU 100.0%
:-[ WRITE at LBA=14260h failed with SK=4h/ASC=08h/ACQ=03h]: Input/output error
:-( write failed: Input/output error


Any one got any ideas ?
