We don't reject on Comcast per se, but there are probably Comcast addresses
listed on one or more DNSRBLs that list dynamic IP addresses. For our
customers who're on Comcast, QWest dynamic or single static IP addresses,
or similar systems that may have problems or restrictions sending directly,
we set them up to send all outgoing mail through one of our servers on a
port other than 25 to bypass the restrictions. We also have several using
uucp over TCP for all incoming and outgoing e-mail, and have never found a
broadband provider blocking uucp.

Our system is picky about accepting mail from servers, requiring properly
configured DNS. There must be working reverse DNS (rDNS) and the forward
DNS for the hostname returned by rDNS must be the same as the IP
connecting.
Looking through the headers of this message, the IP 62.209.160.46 has no
rDNS.
On the other hand, our servers accept *ALL* mail to our postmaster,
security, and abuse addresses before doing any other checks, and mail to
these addresses has no spam checking. This allows me to look at the
headers to see why messages are being refused, and add the IP addresses to
our white list if necessary.
