I'm all for this, too. Here's the deal, though. The Steps are _user-driven_
and lately, the users haven't been driving. I'm not suggesting that anyone 
is at fault, simply noting that we need submissions to make the process
work. The editors are just that, editors. We mash submissions, usually
with minimal content changes, into the SxS format and post them to the
site. But, _we need submissions_ to post...
