Your welcome!

I just had another thought (dangerous, I know). I went to the Firefox support
page and searched their knowledgebase of "resume previous session" and, guess
what, starting with Firefox 2, Beta 1, there is a new option in preferences
to "Resume the previous browser session", as opposed to starting with a blank
page, home page, etc. Maybe the behavior you were experiencing with Ubuntu
actually was a feature of the browser they supply, rather than a KDE feature.

HTH.

Cheers!
