KDE session restart

I've tried this question on several Ubuntu venues with absolutely no
response, and I've not found much Googling. Are any of you KDE guru
enough to answer this question?
When using Firefox either under Gnome or KDE on Ubuntu systems,
Firefox is restarted automatically after a reboot. I even get an
option to start a new session or to reopen all tabs that were open at
shutdown.
I'm running mostly Seamonkey these days. Neither KDE nor Gnome will
offer to restart Seamonkey after a shutdown.
Does anyone know how to teach KDE how to restart the Seamonkey session?
