Yesterday I called the company that I bought their floor washing robots
and reported that one of the batteries can hold only about 10 minutes of
work. The technician asked me how I tested and I told him the other
batteries work much longer for the same robot. Then he said "ok, we are
going to send you another battery". "Then what do I do with this bad
one ?", I asksed. He said "Oh, just throw it away. And here is the
ticket number # for your new battery . . .".

Of course, I will go to this company again when I need some other
robots.

Those return/support policies make stores have more customers.
