Yep.  I noticed.  My spam folder dropped the numbers from 1400-1500 to
below 1000, but spam is getting through again.

The only way to stop it is to fine the money source so heavily they
stop.  That means the folks who profit, not the spammers themselves.
No money for spammers, no spam.  They're not doing this for kicks.
