   Close.  But not quite...

   Ya see, the Wicked Witch of the West needed a way to motivate the
guards to work for her.  Afterall, she was a real witch to work for (heh
heh).  So she provided them with an unlimited supply of Oreo cookies.  
This motivation worked SO well that the guards would chant the following 
in anticipation of their eventual reward at the end of the day:

   "Or-ee-Oh, We waaaant 'em!"

   "Or-ee-Oh, We waaaant 'em!"

   "Or-ee-Oh, We waaaant 'em!"
