Lonni, all of us respect your abilities and technical knowledge,but
sometimes you whine like an impatient pre-schooler. Must of us might
choose to post our problem on the forums or mailing list and wait for
a response. Usually it's pretty rapid, but occasionally no one else
has encountered the problem. IMHO, to jump right in with " I demand to
see the manager right now" is in poor taste. Take a chill pill.
