They'll hand them out like popcorn, attached on State and Federal bids.
And predictably most State IT people aren't gonna go for it, but
appreciate the gesture. They in turn will authorize payment for the
mega-bucks for license fees to M$ on state bids, and give the coupons
away to their kids, friends, charities and churches. I see that. It
works. Novell / SuSe was about to be tried here in NC. Now you take
Novell, you get M$. If you pick M$; you get M$. Whatta deal.
