Dude... /etc/apt/sources.list
But I'd urge great caution. Adding all those 3rd party repositories is just
asking for trouble. Use only the official Ubuntu repositories. Then add others
only for *very* specific needs. (And hit yourself on the head with a hammer a
few times so you can get prepped for what pain feels like.) Then comment them
out once you've installed whatever you wanted from it. And keep a list of
these "foreign" packages. Uninstall them just before you do a apt-get
dist-upgrade (e.g. upgrade from Edgy to Feisty). Then re-install them.
No doubt some will tell you they use these repos with no problems. Good for
'em. But I like my boxes to run. Mixing all that stuff together is just asking
for trouble. Especially at dist-upgrade time.
Simple things work better than complicated things. Just ask the space shuttle
people :-)
