Copying by Inode

I thought about a dd, I have used it in the past, but since I will
be going from 9GB DISK (That's right 9GB) to prolly a
multipartion one of 300-500 GB, it may prove to be a problem.

However, gparted seems to have that wrapped up and copies
to other partitions using dd ...

Used to be the old UNIX dump and restore which did these
things by INODE for this very reason ...
