Hi all

  Got a small problem here, figure some of you gurus might have the
quick answer. Using FC4 ext3 system, but after booting into the system;
after a few days, my home directory thinks it is read only file system.
If I reboot the system, all is good for a while.

/etc/mtab says the partition is mounter properly and is rw,
the /etc/fstab:

/dev/hdb3  /swdev          ext3 defaults  1 2
/dev/hdb1  /home/rick      ext3 defaults  1 2   turns ro !rw later
/dev/hdb2  /home/rick/Mail ext3 defaults  1 2
/dev/sda7  /data2          ext3 defaults  1 2
/dev/sda8  /backup         ext3 defaults  1 2

/etc/mtab:
/dev/hdb3 /swdev ext3 rw 0 0
/dev/hdb1 /home/rick ext3 rw 0 0
/dev/hdb2 /home/rick/Mail ext3 rw 0 0
/dev/sda7 /data2 ext3 rw 0 0

Any ideas as to what is happening, any fixes?

thanks cheers
