screen video

Folks,

I need to make a video recording of my X screen.

C&W (clueless & worthless) is my frame relay provider.  For over 2
weeks now I've not been getting the bandwidth I'm paying for, and it
has adversely affected business.

I can show this to a judge, but only if I can capture the screen to a
video (not just a snapshot, but a running video).

Anyone have any ideas?
