Sorry, I'm confused.  I thought you got him to come out to work with you 
for the Linux-software-company-who's-name-will-not-be-said.

And there *are* too many people.  Your objective, now that you are a 
happy homeowner, should be to do what you can to drive up the cost of 
housing so that everyone will move to Colorado. ;-)
