Mail Server Outage

Folks,

Sorry for the outage today.

Recently, C&W (Cable and Wireless Panama) decided to move from
synchronous frame relay circuits to ATM circuits.  They changed their
platform from Cisco to Nortel.

I have 3 circuits.  One 2Meg circuit now gives less then 1 Mb in
either direction. A second 1Mb circuit drops connections (I suspect
they've misconfigured the platform and are dropping ATM cells to rate
limit the circuit rather than limiting it before/after it goes to
ATM).  My main circuit (the 2Mb line the mail server is on) they took
down for testing today (it has suffered from dropped packets and slow
transfer rates, particularly as bandwidth approaches 1.6Mb+).

Any ATM/Nortel experts interested in being expert witnesses?  I will
be meeting with my lawyers next Tuesday.
