ADMIN: stop w/ the childishness or I will make the list moderated!

All:
I don't know what's going on here lately, but it seems that a couple of 
threads have deteriorated to childish bickering and name calling and 
swearing. I emplore all of you to get a grip and act like the professionals I 
know we are.

As my momma used to say, 'If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say 
anything'. Words of wisdom, and one of the new rules for this list. I will be 
watching these lists closely for a while to ensure that people start being 
civil and I will start setting people to moderated if you can't behave 
yourselves. I'm not happy about this as I have much better things to do, so 
don't think that I won't be quick to enforce this.

Please re-read your reply before sending. If it doesn't advance the 
discussion, if it is argumentative (on a non-technical basis), or childish 
(name calling, swearing, etc) then DELETE IT.
