Warehouse Management Systems

Just for once I would like to implement something that is Open Source 
while still doing exactly what is required for the business.

So to that end does anyone on list have any recommedations for warehouse 
management systems.

I am thinking pallet location database, barcode scanning and printing 
and an interface between our ERP and the WMS.

Any Suggestions???
