apache was broken after the upgrade

At linux side, lynx localhost -- ok, no problem. index.php opened.

http://www.changmw.com/index.php, no problem

Using firefox, http://www.changmw.com, firefox prompted me to download
the file or not. index.php was not opened automatically. Why?
