In every upgrade so far Warty->Hoary->Breezy there are always a few certain things that need to be done just so either pre or post upgrade. I've not done Breezy->Dapper yet (and I won't for a while as I'd prefer to let the expendable people work out the bugs first), but I'm sure it's similar.
