Horde -and- SMTP help

Ok, it looks like we have Apache, Horde 3.x, Mysql, Php 4.4.0 all playing nicely.
Now, I have loaded IMP and I - THINK - we have our Horde / IMP
configuration done correctly.

Now, I can go to the url /imp and get a login in URL, how and what do
we need next to do to get it to display a "Web" page and connect
to the IMAP servers ? When we log in right now we get a blank URL ...

And on another note: I have been the task to upgrade on of this
agencies email servers. It is running SendMail. It supports about
400 email accounts. I am considering getting away from sendmail
and going to another SMTP.  Any Suggestions on this ?
