Hmm.. maybe I should replace my wife's aging G3 with a Mac Mini (her b'day
is in July ;-)

Not only do they work well, but as you say, no more gnashing of teeth over
Windoze annoyances... I routinely recommend Macs to dumb Windoze users
(usually after Ive cleaned umpteen virii and spyware programs off their
machine!).
