Access to an imap server somewhere on the net. Not a private one or
anything. The main thing SquirrelMail is (was?) bad at with imap is that
you could only configure one imap server for everyone. To use different
servers for different users required setting up imapproxy, pointing
SquirrelMail at that, and letting imapproxy deal with different servers.
