I would hardly characterize webmin as you did.  Webmin is the one
piece of administration software that is the same for clueless Windoze
clients no matter what their distribution (or for that matter, no
matter their flavor of UNIX if supported).

As for SELinux, I have no idea.  But the key there is policies.  And
if you have none in /selinux, then it won't work.

OTOH, you're welcome to write better software to replace both any time
you feel this froggy.  Show those programmers how it's supposed to be
done.  I'll be suitably impressed.
