Setting up poptop in FC4

Got a funny problem.

If I `telnet localhost 1723`, the pptpd would wait for my input. Any
error would be logged to /var/log/messages.

If I `telnet 192.168.11.250 1723` (the real interface to accept VPN),
the connection would be dropped immediately. There was no pptpd debug
message about the connection attempt.
