I do write software that is now compiled very fast, and is done in a 64bit code base.
Also when things are ine a complete 64bit base, I and others will be there. You do
have P4, with or with out Hyper threading. They will start to lag behind in the near
future. 32 bit can never be better than 64 bit when maturity starts taking hold. I do
more than email and surf the web. The web for me is a tool.
