Port blocking will help for a while, but the swappers/downloaders are 
accustomed to adapting to such intrusions into their inalienable right to 
download 600GB per day. Look into traffic shaping software.

Appears there is a 30-day trial on them, that may be the ticket. Chances are 
you'll be done by then. Or maybe you could get the owners to spring for a copy.
