php ./buttons.php3 (it's really a php4 script) works just fine.  Only
when run via the web server does it bomb.

can post, but it's the freeradius-dailupadmin scripts (button.php3
which calls button.html.php3).  Basically throws up a javascript menu.

Sure wish I could figure out why it runs from a cli and not from apache.
