Sounds like you have good reason to be miffed. Was this really the
same model? My experience was different. Of course, I shop at Best Buy
every 2 years whether I need to or not <grin>, so I may miss out on a
few not-so-bargains.
Reminds me of the local Firestone dealer (3 blocks from my house)
where I've been getting honest and reliabale auto repairs for the past
20 years, with about 5 turnovers of store personel over that time
frame. All my wife's friends said: stay away from Firestone. One
person in the cricle about 20 years ago got some sort of a raw deal,
and their memories are like an elephant's. Different strokes for
different folks.
BTW, you folks on this group are not the only ones. One of my
associates tells the same tales about Best Buy.
