 Thanks, that is what I was going to try next. I was hoping there was a
cl that would accomplish this task. The power surges and outages here 
are beginning to really cause havoc with my systems. I have obtained a
10KW inverter that I'll use as a buffer between B.C Hydro and my
computers. I figure four large marine batteries should give me lots of
juice to ward off power gremlins<G>.
