lshal is a useful tool. If it is not listed here, it don't exist :)

udevinfo tells lots. If you can get past the odd syntax. Are you wanting
this to be some sort of rule? Or something to do by hand? I sometimes
peek in /dev/.udevinfo to see what's squeaking.
