Semi-Tractor Trailers have bumpers set at car bumper height.. you set
the bumper to a standard height no matter if it's below the level of the
rest of the body or why bother to have bumpers? Same deal with a pickup
truck running around with the tail-gate in the lowered position, it
interferes with the bumper and people get tickets for doing that.
