1. I've had very poor luck with FCn isos. Mostly they are coasters,
even if the md5sums (or whatever FC uses) match. They will usually
boot, but fail during the install.
2. I always have best results using cdrecord as root at a low speed,
ie 'cdrecord -v dev=/dev/hdc speed=8 -eject /path/to/iso'. Of course,
if you're using an older kernel with emulation the 'dev=...' will be
different.
