Meanwhile-

Today was a nice balmy 70 degrees with an expected low tonight in the
lower 40's, in rural Nawth Carolanky. We chain-sawed a pickup truck load
of firewood and I consumed Baked Spaghetti chock full of mushrooms with
garlic toast for the evening repast. The fireplace insert is blowing
warmed air into the living room where two old fart bachelors can watch
the Discovery Channel and National Geographic ANY time we please... no
rug rats screaming for toons or Significant Others clicking the channel
from intellectual stimulation and edification to another ad naseum
viewing of "It's a Wonderful Life". C'mon dowwwn! Ric
