Prolly pushed everyone off of the computer going " Mine! Mine!" then
hammering away on the keyboard like that dope fiend on "Reefer Madness".
I feel ya... I would do that too. 

Just have the Grandma explain to the Grandkids that Grandpa isn't always
that cRaZy,  <pointy finger in a circular orbit about her temple) ...he
just has his spells, and that he's a really wonderful guy and loves
everyone very much. 

Meanwhile, Grandpa is still yelling "Mine! Mine!" and greedily devouring
the emails.
