SPAM levels back up

The spamassassin bayesian filters pick up the vast majority of
these here.  We also have some sites running fuzzyocr with SA
although I'm not sure it's worth the effort.

I do see a fair number of these in my totally unfiltered
postmaster and security mail folders, but that's to be expected.
