The job market for literate curmudgeons is mighty sparse. Maybe I
shouldn't have put those Burma Shave parodies in the subject lines at
Red Hat after all? <evil grin> I'd do it again. You know I would. So do
they. No one will hire me to write documentation. It would be too much
fun for me.

You do have to admit, driving down South Temple at noon was one parade
after another of blue-eyed blonds. Those Mormons know how to pick 'em,
you gotta give them credit.

Then there is the Apollo Burger. To me, the best hamburger made in the
free-world. Most folks don't know that there is a very large percentage
of the population in Salt Lake that are Greek. Should I describe the
Apollo Burger to the folks or would you?

Then there was the little joint that served only Greek-baked chicken.
They practically put the KFC out of business. Lemony and lots of
oregano. I'm thinking of FOOD tonight, fer sure. Had a peanut butter and
banana sandwich and that did not cut it. Well, if I had 3 wives, an
Apollo Burger and a piece of Baklava, I wouldn't leave Salt Lake either.
<huge grin> Ric
