I'd settle for a big sloppy brisket sandwich right now. With some
cow-grease (properly known as TALLOW in the trade) deep fried thick
sliced fries. I'm not sure I could be counted on to share it with the
kids, if I had any! I'd hide out in the garage if there was only ONE
brisket sandwich, at this time of the night, to be had. Selfish SOB that
I am. <grins> I wouldn't even give the dog any.
Of course you have to take into your considerations of my moral
character that I reside under the armpit of Raleigh NC, the Hawg Grease
BBQ Capital of the World. A former Texan might be forgiven for the lack
of moral turpitude. Ric
