nvidiafb and NVidia X Drivers

Ok, is there a way to make the Nvidia X driver from Nvidia
coexist with the nvidiafb driver, so I can get that cute
penguin and frame buffer to work as well as the X stuff?

If so, How do I got about doing it ?
Right now the Nvidia driver complains about the frame buffer
being loaded ... and FWIW, I really like the Nvidia drivers
these days ... (Thanks Lonnie) ....
