arp -f

What does this do? MY colleage added a line to /etc/ethers at the server.

aa:bb:cc:dd:ee 192.168.11.6

He then run `arp -f`.

And he set his PC to use 192.168.11.6 in TCP/IP. Now he couldn't talk to
the linux server. SO what happened?
