Odd. I have a new development tool that expects a static version of
libresmgr (probably in /lib) when being compiled. On my system (SUSE
10.x), there is only a dynamic version. The developer making this tool
works on Fedora, where he claims libresmgr exists as a static library. I
have now configured it to compile using a dynamic version, and all is
well. I just wonder what the developer is going on about.
