We've had nothing but grief from our Optiplexes.  We've got some GX270 and 
some GX280, about 10 in all, and every one of them has cooked off a drive 
and/or a mainboard.  I've heard similar complaints about sites with other 
Optiplexes of various versions.

At least our service is pretty good.  They usually get someone out hear to 
replace the broken part within a day or two.
